A game changer for those who HATE hairstyling

Let me start by saying that I always HATE my hairstyling. I'm not very good at it and it takes too long. I spend 45 minutes doing makeup (I love doing makeup), but then I move on to my hair, usually pulling a wet mop into a tight ponytail. Not only does this "look" look unkempt, but I pull my ponytail so tight that I always break my hair just from pulling it multiple times a day. My hair is medium length (about 3-5 inches below my shoulders), fine. but fluffy/curly, and I have a lot of them. Drying with a normal hair dryer takes about 20-25 minutes for me. Usually when I'm done drying my hair is so frizzy and crazy I NEED to iron it or it looks like I just woke up. The straightening would take me another 20 minutes or so, so we're counting on 45 minutes to get my hair done. nope I don't have the time or patience for all of this unless I go out at night. And then I discovered this wonder from Hot Tools. life and I tell all my girlfriends. It cut my time from 45 minutes to 10TH! Not only that, I don't have to iron my hair which saves time and heat on my fine hair. The end result is so smooth. In fact, I would recommend using additional smoothing serums/lotions until you can anticipate your hair's needs with this product. I've used it a few times too much (although just focusing on the ends) and my hair almost feels greasy. I think this product helps the product penetrate your hair better or just seals the hair shaft so you don't need as much. Regardless, in 10 minutes I have a voluminous, healthy, beautiful head of hair that matches the effort/time I put into makeup without really taking a lot of time. This product is so (apparently) life changing that I started searching for the best hair care products to help me grow all my broken hair into a beautiful complete set. healthy locks. I'll probably buy another one for my travel bag so I don't have to worry about ever forgetting it. Okay, more on the device itself: - Heat: When I first use it, it's quite hot, but it's not intrusive. About halfway through I realized if it gets SUPER hot and I need to be careful how and where I put my hands. But . It's manageable and I never feel my hair burn. - Power button: The only thing I struggle with is turning the device on/off/cooling it down without being uncomfortable. The switch is in a place where you can't operate it with one hand. As for me, I have to stop what I'm doing, turn the device, find the switches, and move the switch. This means that every strand of hair I work on needs to be styled/updoed first while I change my blow dryer settings. Part of this is probably just exercise/muscle memory, but it's worth noting that this is the only mechanical design issue I have with the device. Also, I'm left-handed - I don't think it has anything to do with my problem, but being right-brained I tend to do things a bit the other way around. - I'm pulling my hair: I'm not tearing it! I pulled this thing up a bit and styled my hair at weird angles with awkward sections and didn't notice any noticeable damage or breakage. Brilliant! Size: This thing needs space! Two design elements would be great for this piece: 1) a retractable cord and 2) a hook on the end so I can hang it in my bathroom. Since this is both a brush and a dryer, I don't want to just toss it around and risk damaging the bristles, so I'm putting it in a different room instead of a bathroom drawer for now. OK, that's my review. Hope this helps someone decide!
