Very Cheap Birthday Candles

Note that these candles are smaller than those you would buy at the grocery store. It didn't bother me. What frustrates me is that these candles are basically disposable unless you want to repaint them after each use. I rinsed the candle to remove the cake and the red border immediately disappeared. They are made very cheaply.
