When I couldn't get parts directly from the manufacturer, this worked.
The robot app told me that parts needed replacing, I couldn't find any "official" parts anywhere, so I found this and replaced all the parts that needed replacing (and reset the app usage timers) and - still working. I say this by noting that for another (older) robot I ordered parts from another seller that didn't seem to work as well, so I was glad they did.
