I like that they are always looking for ways of improving their own process as well helping you with any issues or questions along your way! There's nothing i dislike about them other than perhaps there could be more people in certain departments (like accounting) but this would depend upon what type of work one needs done. They have been very helpful throughout our relationship so far - from initial contact through final sign off we've never felt rushed at all which has helped us create some pretty complex designs within tight deadlines.
