Review on EZCare by David Elam

I like how simple it was once complete setup (which took about 30 minutes). It has really helped me be more organized with my schedule & communication between staff members! You have no idea what kind of stuff they put in them - so sometimes things do get lost down there when replying back or something but overall everything works great!! The system isn't very user friendly if its hard work getting everyone up an running smoothly together which takes time before all systems are goin perfectly smooth. If someone told us beforehand we could've went through this much easier without problems along side each other because not only did people need training themselves as well their manager had trouble figuring out certain features etc.. I like how it has all of our families info in one place! It also helps with payroll because we don't have time when they are out sick or not there anymore etc.. Nothing really but just keep up w this system its very helpful!! We used to use paper records which was hard since some people didn’t know what their hours were so now everything goes through ezcare.
