Great customer service and great software for telecom companies

I like that it is easy to use, has great customer service support, and works well with our CRM system (Salesforce). It also makes keeping track of invoices very simple! The only thing I dislike about this product is its price - $300/month for an app thats not all inclusive. This software does what we need it to do, but could be more affordable if there were less features included in each upgrade. We are solving problems by tracking billing information so that we can stay ahead of any issues or questions from customers. The ease of use, customer service is great! I can not say anything that i don't like about this software because it's easy to learn and has everything you need in one place for billing purposes. It's very quick and simple to setup as well. You won't regret purchasing this product if you're looking to streamline your telecom bills. This has helped me keep track of all my phone calls quickly so they are not lost or forgotten when coming up with invoices.
