Material - cheap foam feel and very light weight, with rhinestone stickers on temple and center collar. Cute for a puppy. However, ours had a clasp and loop on the wrong side of the collar. For example, to fasten the collar, it must be turned inside out with a bow and rhinestones on the dog's skin and not be visible, which would be pointless and uncomfortable for the dog. This was obviously a manufacturing defect but had to be discovered before it was sent to the customer as it was in a clear envelope. By reporting the problem to Revain, I received a refund for a worthless item. However, I had to purchase another collar from a different company to prevent this from happening again.
