WARNING! They will not slip through a 5/8 inch cold rolled axle shaft without some modifications. At first I thought they were metric since they are made in China. I made transport wheels for a disc harrow and they held up well and put the wheels on the axle shaft. I used automotive wheel cylinder honers to enlarge the inside diameter to fit the shaft and sanded the shaft with sandpaper and a flat rasp. Iron pipe and a lot of fat, they held tight, but served my purpose. I eventually found that to fit a 5/8 diameter axle shaft, the holder had to be a few thousandths larger than the shaft. I think you could also warm them up with a flashlight before installing, you need a 4mm allen key to tighten the set screws, all in all a good product.
