As a whole, I'm satisfied with the ears, and I'm glad I went with my initial impression and choose the headset. Eventually, I concluded I needed a headset in order to get rid of the clutter of wires on the table. I had serious doubts that the noise would be normal, but they were unfounded. I don't need the backlight, so I disabled it to save battery life. Make tea in the kitchen and pray on the balcony, please; they're efficient as clockwork and don't stutter or anything else. While initially the memory foam in the cups can get quite warm, I found that after about two weeks of use, the heat was no longer an issue. A good headset overall; I used it for a 10k and found it to be well worth the cost.
