Review on Empava Inch Gas Stove Cooktop by Danierl Temple

I bought this GE unit to replace the exact same one that has expired after years of service in a rental home I own. It has withstood heavy use and has stood up well. For this reason I replaced the old block with the same model. The rating gets two stars because the faucets work poorly. Of the many nuts and bolts holding the parts together inside the unit, some were missing, most needed tightening, and one was dangling in the box. I had to use the old unit's screws to replace the new unit's missing screws. I know that sounds like a small detail. But trust me, holding the unit's lid open while trying to install relatively small screws, lock washers, and nuts through the sheet metal and hinges was a task for a three-handed man. Wherever these units are assembled, there is no quality control.
