I've been using this mouse for a month and I hope I like this mouse! I tried 6 other mice looking for an ergonomic solution including 3 vertical mice. I work 9-10 hours a day on the computer and spend 90% of that time on the mouse. My hand is just under 7 inches long and this mouse fits me very well. I need a wrist rest and I use an IMAK. There are 6-10 programmable buttons and adjustable mouse speed. The thumb rest is well positioned for my small hand. The weight of the mouse is just right. The buttons are responsive and well placed. There's even a feature that reminds you to take a break and stretch through any time interval you set. Someone posted a video of the wheel clicking loudly while scrolling, but I didn't find it annoying. The wheel's noise and drag are similar to the Logitech M705. You can also change the speed at which the wheel scrolls. Don't squeeze my hand so hard when I'm clicking and dragging. The downloaded program is required to operate the mouse on the computer to which it is connected. The mouse doesn't have built-in memory, which means it's not easy to carry around.
