This is really the only mouse I can use for my work without wrist pain. I originally bought a regular size Evoluent vertical mouse and this made my pain worse because my hand wasn't on the table. I'm still confused that this design wasn't the original design of a mouse. If you suffer from carpal tunnel or tennis elbow, you need this mouse. Your pain will go away within two weeks.
