Quality of plastic moldings is very poor. The body is deformed and half of the latches are not aligned with the taillight. I had to pry it off with a screwdriver to even get the light in. The original taillight lens itself is curved to match the van body, but this unit is straight so it doesn't really match. You either need some kind of thick rubber pad, or you just screw this thing in until it bends, but then you have a "heavy" camera sitting cantilevered on a curved, prestressed piece of brittle plastic, pounding and vibrating down the road , until something gave up and cracked. And even before that, you're just waiting for rain and road grime to go straight into the trunk of your van. The cable coming out of the camera smashes it right between the headlight reflector assembly and the van's sharp edge. Sheet. At least in that last part you can just cut stuff out of the reflectors if you want it to work since the camera will block all the center lights anyway. Can work great but I don't know what I am. I'm ready to get down to the hacking
