I am very satisfied with these mini pans. I've used them in my Instant Pot with great success. So far I've used them to make poached eggs and small upside down pineapple cakes. You have done a great job. I like them because they seem to be much stronger and bigger than regular silicone cupcake liners. They keep their shape very well. I didn't use any spray on the cakes, but they did have butter on the bottom. They didn't stick at all, they just popped out. Eggs, when I spray them with cooking spray they don't stick at all, when I use butter they stick a little but come out immediately when a spoon or butter knife is run over the edge. They are very easy to clean both by hand and in the dishwasher. Will definitely order them again when needed.
