I had high hopes for this product. I need to clean my solar panels and thought this would be a great option. It is and it is not. The process of telescopic extensions is great. Reliable and easy to set up. Excellent length. However, note that this is the heaviest I've ever bought. It is by no means easy. And here's the real trick: the top part (mop and cloth) is very poorly designed. The fabric came off within the first five minutes. then again. Then again. The whole time I was sitting on the roof trying to get the job done. Then the top screws are screwed on, but there is no grip. So you have to stop and rewind it over and over again. The top then pivots left and right to clean corners. i need it direct But it moves on by itself. Nothing latches it except maybe a very small plastic protrusion. So it has some serious design flaws.
