The sound disappears from the right side when connected via bluetooth

Review updated November 11, 2019 ------------------------------------- -- -- ---------------- --- Thank you this Thanksgiving because Anker generously offered to help solve my problem. Now 30 days later I still have no problems. I wanted to wait at least 30 more days before deleting and updating my 1 star review. So far so good, the only problem I have is getting close to town. Each time I either have a conflict with another person (I assume) using a similar device or something is blocking/interfering with my bluetooth connection. It only seems to happen when I visit the city. Luckily I don't have that in my car very often. Otherwise I'm fine. I really wish that when you close bluetooth on your phone for someone else to connect, it just reverts to auto-connect. However, every time someone else uses it, I have to manually add the device to the Bluetooth devices list. Not loud, but annoying. But special thanks to the support at Anker for their help. The only downside with them was the fact that they kept pestering me to repeat my one star review. I specifically told them I wanted to wait. They said they understood but emailed me from time to time to keep checking. makes no noise from the right side of the car. Stereo is fine. I hear both sides when using the FM radio without a device. But as soon as I connect to my phone via Bluetooth, it falls off the far right front and almost the right rear. Absolutely useless. Who wants to listen in forced mono? I would like to give a better rating later when I hear from the seller. Solid 1 star so far.
