Review on πŸ“± Huawei P40 Lite JNY-LX1 International Version - 128GB Crush Green, Dual 4G and 6GB RAM by BU Jang ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

A nice option for the money, one of the best deals.

After half a year of using the smartphone and the entire eco-system, Huawei decided to ate the review and raise the rating to a well-deserved 4.5 points. The device is worth the money, and the Huawei eco-system is quite capable of satisfying the needs of an ordinary consumer without any Google services. All popular applications (that is, really everything - including all sorts of Tiktoks - instant messengers and social networks, banks, navigation, ebay / Yula, MS Office, etc.) - are in the native Appgallery store or are installed through native Petal Search and App Go contactless payment - all popular banks (Amazon, VTB, Tinkoff, Alfa-bank, etc.) work and support payment using NFC; YouTube - Tube Vanced app in native store - no sync with account, but with completely cut ads in video, background playback and video download without premium subscription. In general, Google services, as it turned out, are not at all an indispensable thing, so my next phone will be the same without this extra garbage :)

Pros
  • High performance in everyday tasks (I don’t play games); interface and surfing the net - flies; good main camera; the most powerful and fastest charging of all devices up to 25 thousand; face and fingerprint unlock at the speed of light; a good idea to replace some of the applications that cannot be installed on this phone with their web versions in a special Quick Application Center; the ability to fine-tune the shell "under itself"; a gift in the form of a good fitness bracelet for a purchase in the official Huawei online store; the presence in the native application store of everything I need, satisfies my needs by 95%, the rest is from a third-party store, or by native means of Petal Search and Appgo;
Cons
  • The absence of a spam filter in the native dialer; rather weak NFC chip, when paying, you have to directly apply the device to the terminal; a plastic case with completely absent anti-static properties, so all the dust just sticks to it; a protective film crookedly glued from the factory on the screen with weakly expressed (or completely absent) oleophobic qualities (you can see it in one of the photos); video shooting is not about this device.
