If you're between sizes you may need to size down or wear thicker socks
They're cute, have good arch support and are generally comfortable. However, with a medium-weight sock on my feet, my left heel seems to slip a bit. I bought shoes a half size larger than I used to because my current pair of Salomon was a little tight. Larger shoes fit better in length, but if they stretch at all I'm concerned that the heel will slide off too much. I'm trying to decide between these and a pair of Saucony shoes that fit me a little. Sizing aside, these are very comfortable shoes.
