good product. Customer service is amazing and I will be doing business with AV Access in the future. Why 4 stars and not 5? Well, it partly depends on my particular use case. I give AV Access a 5/5 company rating, but this device doesn't exactly do what I want it to do. AV Access helped me set this up as I was having screen flickering and some major issues. 1060GTX on 1800x Ryzen Build. In the NVIDIA Control Panel, click on the display, change the resolution, click on the monitor you want (in my case it's a Denon receiver / LG OLED B7 TV), then select 1080p, 1920x1080 and change the Output color depth to 8 bit. Viola, the problem is gone. Going to 4K, the best I could get was a 30Hz refresh rate. It does what it says on the tin, but gaming is an issue for me. There is a newer version coming out that I want to get that supports 4:4:4 based on my conversation with the AV Access staff. this will solve my problems. It's REALLY important to change the output color depth to 8 bits when working in 4K or you'll get no screen (black), but you'll find that in 1080p everything works like magic. If you have an AMD card, the steps should be similar - manually adjust the 8-bit color, and if you're using 4K, run it at 30Hz. My point is that I was able to get 1080p to work at 12bpc, but when I unplugged one of my other monitors, I had to switch to 8bpc to stop the screen flickering. Hope this helps someone.
