Didn't work, glue didn't hold

Adhesive paper could not be removed completely. I had to keep stopping to peel parts of the substrate from the adhesive. The strip was like rubber which was strong but they fell right off the glue. It came with an extra roll of glue so I tried using that and the same thing happened. Not to mention the light didn't work at all.
