This review is for the 6 and 12 liter sizes. These are commercial grade food storage containers that I use to make batter and leavening for home baking. The volume of 12 liters is huge, but the advantage is that you can knead and fold the dough right in the container. The volume of 6 liters is too small for that (at least for my hands). Polycarbonate is about as expensive for this type of container, but it seems resilient and easy to clean. There's an added and unexpected benefit: you get a great view of your dough or sourdough or pool or whatever you have. It sounds silly, but getting a 3D image of the dough is just better than looking down. It doesn't make the bread better, but it makes baking more fun. So if you're willing to spend the big bucks (including the surcharge for the lid), you'll get these containers.
