Definitely recommended!
This tool allowed me to remove the flare nut from the brake line. I've tried box wrenches, a vise, and heat, but to no avail. I figured I would have to cut and replace the hard line and buying this tool was a last resort. Worked like a treat, didn't slip at all and I was able to use it (with some heat) to free it!
