This is a great hanger. I have a 100 pound bag with a feather on it. One important thing: mark your drill bit with a piece of tape, your pilot hole must be 2.5" or you will have to use too much torque to tighten the lag screw and the top will snap off which happened to me and I had to have one replace of screws. I've had four good workouts with this hanger and it's great but you have to use a spring, it hits too hard with a 100lb bag or better. The spacers do a great job of keeping the spring from damaging the threads on the bolt. Great strong hanger.
