Fabric very breathable, I lost 140 pounds with the gastric sleeve surgery so I have tons of extra skin and this is perfect. I am so insecure about my arms but this will definitely help me feel more confident. I completely recommend this product! I am a size 10/12 in pants, I got this in a large and its fits great.
