It's perfectly acceptable to push where it's needed, but I think it's too complicated just to be trendy and it's coming from a total gadget geek. The handle and the little plastic wires that pull the pillow are just over the top, as mentioned. the handle loves to snag on everything that comes too close to it, either just annoyingly hooking in or annoyingly hooking in and thanks to the rubber grip edge it can also be pulled in and out. I ended up buying another brand (Venom) to replace these and just took this to work in case I forgot to put a new one on in the morning. It's good enough for the job it was designed for so I won't be returning it, but if I had to redo it I wouldn't buy it again.
