This is the highest rating I give because I don't trust 5 star ratings. All whey must undergo special heat treatment when sold in the United States. This product comes as close as possible to this minimum (71.3°C for 15 seconds). Anything above 73C significantly reduces the amount of glutathione produced in the body. While it may not have as much protein as others, this is of secondary importance compared to why you would buy non-denatured whey at all. It doesn't mix easily with milk which means it's a good product. The key to mixing is adding enough milk to get a "pancake batter" consistency before adding more milk. Using a blender destroys the benefits. It tastes very natural, although I like to add chocolate syrup or honey.
