This tablet is really good because it comes with many preinstalled applications, has parental controls with Kids Place and works well for an affordable tablet . The case is pleasant to the touch. My daughter uses the tablet while I cook or clean, giving me the ability to get chores done without distractions. She likes the YouTube app for kids, which allows her to watch cartoons and children's shows or listen to music. She needed help getting interested in some homework (word recognition) and we found a few apps on the App Store that basically did what we needed, but the problems weren't related to the tablets. The games work well and she seems to have learned to maneuver fairly well. She learns quickly. I just have to remember to keep it charged but it makes life so much easier. She was so excited to open it and often asks to play it.
