Good product for me, no problems at all.

Making a decision to buy a costly item takes some time. On the first day, the remote control was simply pleasant, strong, peaceful, lovely, and convenient, but on the second day, there was an enormous rattle. I spent money in the hopes of receiving a high-quality item, and now I have to decide what to do with the fan. I'll write as soon as the issue is rectified.
Problematic video: When I arrived at the official service center, they immediately took my old device away, tested it, and issued a new one while also providing me with goodies. professional, lovely workplace with courteous, helpful employees. I'm not at all sorry I made the buy!

Pros

It is so quiet that even in the third, most powerful setting, the fan only hisses and does not annoy. High-quality matte plastic that is well-made and solidly constructed even has a pleasing chord. On the back is a dust filter. Timer. Beautiful:)

Cons

When turning, there was a loud clatter on the second day of use. When the fan starts to rotate in the opposite direction while it is rattling, it can sometimes assist to turn it on and off repeatedly. Eventually, the rattling stops.
