I purchased this product on behalf of our Medical Spa and at first I really did like this product. It had a more modern look then other facial steamers, it created steam fast, was super light weight and easy to use. HOWEVER, It performed well for only a couple months before ultimately not producing anymore steam. I followed the factory manual to try to troubleshoot, did all the recommended cleanings, and even did my own research to see if there was any tricks I could find to get it to work. After a while I just contacted the manufacturer through Ebay and they were no help AT ALL. They gave me the same direction that I already tried from the manual and they had no other feedback to provide further then that. I contacted them before the return window would end but because of the constant back and forth, it surpassed that time frame and they now are not responding to any of my emails. I am disappointed because my company has to purchase another facial steamer even though the one we JUST purchased is basically brand new. I went with another company's facial steamer so I am hoping I can update this review later to see if I could save some people their time who might be interested in purchasing this steamer.
