Review on Platinum Health PHT2500 Professional Adjustable by Cody Henry

MY THERAPIST SAID THIS IS THE BEST INCLINE TABLE SHE HAS SEEN AT THIS REASONABLE PRICE. I LOVE IT!

First off, Platinum Health is one of the BEST sellers I have ever dealt with. Five Star Customer Service. I am disabled and bedridden. The tilting table is perfect for my needs. After my next spinal surgery I hope to be able to draw again. Since my non-dominant hand has permanent nerve damage, having a tilting table that can hold my books is great. My health visitor, an occupational therapist, showed me the best (most ergonomic) way to use the table without stressing my cervical and lumbar spine. The tilting table is perfect for my different sized drawing books, and the side table (which can also tilt, but I will keep it horizontal) is perfect for my crayons, compass, ruler, eraser, reference materials, etc. The tilting table would also be the perfect table for me to write music compositions in my notepads. I will also use it to store the books I am reading/studying at the moment. My occupational therapist said this is the best table she's ever seen in this price range. She said she would recommend it to her patients in the future (what she recommended to me seemed cheap and got bad reviews. You get what you pay for. Glad I did my own research and found this chart). It took me less than 10 minutes to set up the table and wheel it into the bedroom (I'm disabled so a relative installed it). I have permanent nerve damage in my left arm and spinal nerve root damage in my cervical spine. Regardless, the tilt mechanism is easy enough for me to use, although I let my janitor make any changes to the table so I can save my energy for the uplifting things I mentioned earlier. The table came with no instructions, but the design is so simple it speaks for itself. The only problem I have is that the table moves a little even with two wheels locked. It stands on a hard wooden floor. If I am physically able to return to my bedroom this problem will go away because I have a carpet. A simple solution to slipping on a hardwood floor is to place a mat on the floor in front of the wheels. One thing to keep in mind is that to use this tilt, you need to lie as close to the edge of the bed as possible. Table. You can switch from using the table to either side of the bed, no problem. However, the sloping table hovers over the bed; the side table doesn't reach the bed. The plastic piece on the bottom (and top) of the table is the perfect height to prevent a book, iPad/tablet, laptop, etc. from falling off the table. It's not uncomfortable. If you don't take care of it, it can be easily removed with a screwdriver. If you use a laptop, I would suggest getting a comfy wrist rest (to prevent carpal tunnel) and placing it on the underside of your desk. There are many places. The side table has a rim around the outer perimeter of the table that prevents pens and pencils, for example, from rolling off the table and onto the floor. This is genius! For example, I will not put glasses or cups of water on the bedside table. It would be too easy for me to hit the table and spill something. Bottled water is fine. Just use common sense: if the table is used in bed, the chassis is on the side. Be careful not to put too much weight on the side table. Do you use that table in front of you while sitting in a chair? No problem. Again, use common sense. The table is easy to store: lower and fold the table and it easily fits under a bed, in a closet or in my case next to a dresser and wall. Problem but if it does just contact Noel at Platinum Health and you will be treated with the utmost respect. Can I use this table to place my TV and DVD player? No of course not. It's not designed for that weight. I use a table for creative and educational activities as mentioned above. I would definitely use a dining table and side table for bottled water, iced tea, etc. This is also perfect for jigsaw puzzles. I cannot praise Platinum Health's customer service enough.
