Listed as "NEW". I expected to receive this item in a "DVD" form e.g. B. in a box with a disc/instructions and a mirrored label (as shown for the product). I received this item today after work. A large (8.5 x 11) Prime Bubble wrapped with a small navigation disc in a tiny plastic case (no mirror shields or instructions) as I received the item delivered. Are you kidding me? I put it in my 2018 GLC 300 (pre-wired) and you know what? Yes, you guessed it. It's not fucking working! You CANNOT associate this item with more than (1) vehicles. They obviously know this, but they obviously thought they could make a quick buck by trying to "RESELL" a used item! I expect a quick and accurate refund. What a waste of time and money!
