The formula must have changed

This is a repeating order. As an O'Keefe product, I relied on the quality of the product, creamy and lasting long. The brand has very good products for chapped hands, feet and cuticles. This last order seemed to be different. Instead of creamy all three balms were a bit more like chap stick, more resistant, less smooth. Along with this the salve has less lasting power than the previous order. I probably won't reorder this time.
