Here in the high country of Utah it's dry, and even with the record breaking drought our snowy winters are even harder on skin than the summer. I use it every night for extremely dry, cracked and peeling lips. By the next morning they are always much improved. Can cause peeling if overused.

I have chronic chapped lips and this is the only product that helps during the day. (I use the overnight lip repair at night and it's also amazing!). This is truly unscented and has no taste. The texture is just right - not greasy. Lasts for hours before I need to reapply. Has a smooth but not glossy appearance. I make sure I have it everywhere I go! Highly recommend!

I've used this for several years. Love that it is unscented and works better than anything else I have tried. You do need to keep reapplying it through out the day, but that is true of any lipstick or balm. The most recent set of 4 that I ordered 4 months ago were rancid when I went to use them. I called O'Keeffe's and they immediately refunded my money. I was very impressed with their customer service. I will be reordering a new set.

I struggle with dry lips and cracks in the corners of my lips from vitamin deficiency. This stuff is amazing. I always have at least 4 in my home at all times. I cannot live without it! Lol. It keeps my lips moisturized but it isn't shiny AT ALL. Other lip balms and chopsticks dry my lips out worse or cause an allergic reaction. This stuff is my holy grail.

My daughter is so picky when it comes to chapsticks that she doesn't use them and let her lips get so dry they bleed. Finally ordered her this. It is truly unscented and doesnt burn when putting on. Now her lips look so much better no longer cracked and bleeding! Must buy for those picky kids

I've used other O'Keefe creams but had never seen the lip balm. It is now my favorite and only one I will use going forward Can cause a slight tingling sensation on lips.

A few years ago I did two rounds of Accutane which put my lips through a rough time. My dermatologist recommended this to help me. After a few uses it tremendously helped my cracked and bleeding lips. Fast forward 4 years and I'm still using this brand and have gotten some for my son too. I never write reviews on here, but this chapstick is incredible. I had dry, cracked, flaky lips for weeks. Nothing helped, despite all the creams, balms, etc that I tried. This literally cured all of it in 3 days. My lips are completely healed. I still can't believe it. I'm throwing out all my Burt's Bees lip balms. This is holy grail level chapstick for anyone with chronic dry lips!

I love the balm itself. It's a very cost-effective substitute for Bite Beauty's old formula Agave Lip Balm, which was Packaging may be inconvenient for some users.

This is a repeating order. As an O'Keefe product, I relied on the quality of the product, creamy and lasting long. The brand has very good products for chapped hands, feet and cuticles. This last order seemed to be different. Instead of creamy all three balms were a bit more like chap stick, more resistant, less smooth. Along with this the salve has less lasting power than the previous order. I probably won't reorder this time.

Despite drinking tons of water and constantly using any and every possible chapstck, salve, and potion I could find my lips stayed dry, cracked, peeling, and sore. I was looking for a product to replace my blistex lip balm while pregnant and found Okeefes, I should have known they’d make great lip balm as we use their moisturizer all the time. It works way better than blistex, no need to reapply throughout the day, all ingredients are safe for pregnancy by my research (disclaimer: I’m not a doctor), and it doesn’t taste awful.
