My feet are warm! - Electric Heaters

I've only used it a few times so far, it's kept my feet quite warm, it would work a lot better if it had panels that run behind my leg area to stay warm and keep the entire leg area warm . otherwise I am satisfied. The first time I used it there was a very bad chemical smell but the second time it wasn't too bad, I hope it goes away with each use.
