My 16 month old daughter loves everything horse related so I had to give this to her. As soon as we opened it she loved brushing it and playing with her hair and I think she really enjoyed it because it looked so realistic. Not like in the cartoon. I love that she appreciates it now as a kid but also grows into it to learn how to care and nurture. I love the idea that she can learn to braid and style her hair without comparing herself to the female form, which is all too often unrealistic! Lots of fun doing it on a horse with a great coat! I love this product, can buy other colors! I think it's a great gift.
