The medium bracelet fits an 8" wrist. I bought the large for my dad and the medium for my husband. Included with the bracelet was an instruction sheet which stated that it should not be worn if you use an insulin pump. It would be nice if this bit of info was included in the description of the product. The large was too big for my dad so he is wearing the medium which my husband can't wear because he wears an insulin pump. I decided to keep the large anyway and wear it myself even though it is more like an arm band. My dad says he feels like it is working.
