Review on πŸ‘Ÿ Top-rated Columbia Women's Sport Sandal: Comfort and Style Combined by Katie Gibson

Revainrating 4 out of 5

A little tight, even more so than other Columbia women's shoes

I have several pairs of Columbia women's shoes, sandals, hiking shoes and trail running shoes. They are narrower than usual, which is fine with me because I wear a women's 10.5/11 in a narrow width b, but I usually settle for a normal women's 11c/normal width. So if you have narrow or slightly narrower feet than usual, you will love these shoes. The straps are tied and allow for little adjustment other than tightening behind the heel so they just don't come loose if you have muscular or full legs or a high arch. As long as I'm a size plus, I wear B-size shoes (when I can find them). When I first wore it there, the "extra cushioning" was more like walking between a water balloon and a bladder. Really unsettling, springy and unprepared and unsettling walking on bubbling water. The second time I put them on the cushioning was much more stable and although it was still a bit unstable I felt better and it can be comfortable as the shoe adapts to my particular foot. The third time I feel great foot and arch support like the regular Columbia shoes I'm used to. While no real "temporary break" was needed, the weirdness will go away with use. I feel support tailored to each toe and the entire foot (different for each area) that I couldn't before due to the odd impact/balloon like I did when I first tried it on. .I just wish they were more adjustable in the strap, like a slider or something to let out (or take in) a bit more length. As with all my reviews, I will edit them if anything changes. 06.08.2021
