RG351M is great! The build quality feels premium and it's built like a tank. The button presses are crisp and I really like the clicking shoulder buttons. The only downside here is the d-pad when it comes to diagonal movement. I have to put in a lot more effort than is comfortable for the system to recognize diagonal inputs. I flashed mine using 351ELEC, a community driven open source setup. It really unlocks the potential of this device, which is why I highly recommend checking YouTube for tutorials. Once installed, you can customize this thing and even get updates right over WiFi. It can play pretty much anything, right down to the PSX/Dreamcast/N64 realm where performance gets a bit more mixed. Battery life is decent, although it depends on what you're playing. I typically get 5 to 8 hours on a full charge. The IPS screen is absolutely beautiful and really brings games from the GBA era to life. The sound is good, but not outstanding. I would say it's on par with the 3DS. Overall, I'm very impressed with the RG351M. Being able to carry my entire childhood games collection in my pocket and play on the right device was worth the money.
