This Hansgrohe has been great for exactly 4 months! It had plenty of pressure, no leaks and looked fantastic. But one day I wake up looking forward to my shower and bam. Minimum water pressure from the shower head. At first I thought it was an issue with the valve in the switch, but my body sprays have worked great. I called Hansgrohe and the service said "replace the head with another one and check the pressure." Didn't know about that. It was a broken shower head which I have never had or heard of. Result. Hansgrohe replaced it and the new one works great so the shower head would have gotten a 5+ if it hadn't stopped working.
