I installed several window locks with screw terminals tightened with an Allen key. Then I installed the blinds, thinking of removing them beforehand. Locks could not be moved or removed. The gap was too narrow to use even the small L-shaped Allen keys that come with the furniture being assembled. I looked in the usual big hardware stores but couldn't find anything. This little tool was PERFECT.
