So. I'm not a parent and I didn't buy it for new parents. I'm an EMT for a local ambulance company and I like EMS; we improvise, adapt and overcome. We use our environment for everything, we need to get the job done quickly and safely. It's all said. You wouldn't think this thing would be medical grade, but it is! It's big enough for all the little things I need for an ambulance! However small enough to organize everything in one travel package. Showed what I have and how I organized it with some of my colleagues and they all love it too! They said they never thought a diaper bag could be so useful to us! Some of them I think will buy it for themselves! What I'm trying to say is that it doesn't have to be a diaper bag, it's very versatile for whatever you need!
