Please, for God's sake, DO NOT put it in the car! I ordered two as backups. I usually only use OEM cases but decided to save some money. Both "TOP quality" bobbin cases are broken. The mainspring inside just dangles. "Okay, just tighten the screw!" You may say. You see, when you buy bobbin cases for your embroidery machine, NEVER play with the tension of the case. It should be set and all you have to do is fiddle with the upper thread tension. Tension aside, the little felt pad is scattered in little black threads all over my car and my damn blanket. Maybe the two I bought were an anomaly. But now I will pay for OEM cases. I can't stress enough that these things suck.
