I use it instead of a coat. I have limited arm/shoulder range of motion and had shoulder surgery in January. It was easier to put on than a coat and kept me warm. I wore it over a sweater. I will lie in a sling after the operation and there is enough space underneath for the sling. Getting into the car with the seatbelt on was a bit difficult due to the added bulk. As this was my first order from Dare 2b Stylish they switched shipping to Priority Mail for free so it arrived earlier than expected (thanks). The material is heavy and the clothing is well made and made in America.
