I'm 1.70m tall and there's nothing stylish about it. It's a wearable blanket. When I wear it, I look like a magician. This may sound like bad stuff, but I like it.

Very thick and warm - the weight of a blanket. It looks a lot prettier on the model than it does on me, but she was a lot prettier to begin with, so it's probably not a fair comparison. It's big, warm, and shapeless. I am buying it to recover from shoulder surgery and it will be perfect for that.

The poncho is warm and loose enough that I can use it for my main purpose of covering my outerwear on cold nights around the campfire. I received the purple and when I washed it nude - in cold water on a gentle cycle - with the Carbona ColorGrabber, surprisingly very little color washed out, unlike many dark fabrics. I look forward to camping outside and wearing this poncho.

This is how a REAL poncho should be This is a very soft, warm, comfortable, mid-weight material. It fits oversized which is what I wanted. I'm 5'4" and it comes down to my thighs. There are big built in bell sleeves. It's very roomy, xx-big, so if you want an oversized, loose fit but fully functional, comfortable and warm then this is perfect.I have the charcoal grey.I am thinking of ordering another colour.

During the pandemic I have been fortunate to be able to work from home. I put my computer in the kitchen but the only problem is that the kitchen is on a concrete slab. Nice and cool in summer, but incredibly cold in winter. This poncho is just the ticket. It's warm but easy to move. It's a bit long for me as I'm only 5ft 1in but I think it's a benefit for the warmth of my feet. Additional plus. I can easily use it when I need surgery on my intended shoulder.

I was a little worried this might be too big as I am 5ft 2in and 115lbs. But it's wonderful. It happens just below my knees. I use it instead of a coat. I have limited arm/shoulder range of motion and had shoulder surgery in January. It was easier to put on than a coat and kept me warm. I wore it over a sweater. I will lie in a sling after the operation and there is enough space underneath for the sling. Getting into the car with the seatbelt on was a bit difficult due to the added bulk.
