Review on Conair GS23N Extreme Steam Hand Held Fabric Steamer: Powerful Dual Heat Technology for Wrinkle-Free Fabrics, White/Blue by Kelvin Hernandez

Bought last September, stopped working after a month, no steam. Last month I made sure the 1 year warranty was still valid so I decided to give it a try. I contacted Amazon customer service and got direct contact with Conair customer service. They replied to my email to call me, which I did. So I waited quite a long time and then contacted a customer service representative. They asked for a serial number, my first name, last name, address, phone number, email. Just basic information but it took a while to get everything right. After that I was told that in order to get a new vaporizer I have to send my old one and pay for the shipping and I have to agree to that. I was very surprised because shipping to Phoenix.AZ would cost almost as much as a new vape, but I agreed. And then they told me that they don't have that ship now and will send a new one as soon as it becomes available. From what I can see it has been available on Amazon the whole time and there have been 2-3 responses and no response. I have a case number but I think it's best to save time and not call it again. Overall I liked this vaporizer when it worked, but reading other comments other people had the same issue. I could also put something like 4* or 5* if they quickly replace it with a new one, not very expensive but a guarantee is a guarantee.
