Update: The design is decent enough and I've only charged them once so far. The problem is that they are not bright enough. look elsewhere. These are good flashlights with a simple interface and solid construction. Both sets charge in less than half an hour. They're not as bright as I was hoping - I expect white light to be visible at least 1/4 mile away in daylight. They are barely visible at a distance of a few hundred meters. There wasn't enough time to comment on durability or battery life.
