The product was not intended for this use, but when I saw what it had to offer I knew it was just what I needed to power my 250W 3x5" To mount solar panel on the side of my caravan. I had to make my own brackets to attach it to the trailer as the rivets in the aluminum would prevent it from sitting flush when I screwed it into the steel frame studs. slide the bracket when I have it at a 90° angle! The quality of the original product was excellent, all the holes were machined in exact places and with the help of another person it was very easy to install. The way I installed it, I can fold the panel completely and screw it on with 4 handles. It doesn't rattle and is good for traveling.
