Failed to load media. Well this thing works! So after we got it, the first thing we did was clean the fans, which is the hardest thing to do if you don't have the right hardware. Not a single cloud of dust could be seen. My couch was covered directly underneath so I could see if anything fell off, but no! Another cobweb brush attachment is very soft, I haven't used it much yet because I was happy with the long dusting brush. I cleaned the walls, edges and fans with a long dusting brush and then rinsed them under running water and dried them in the sun. After washing the brush still works perfectly, the fibers/filaments now look a bit frizzy, but I don't think it is. As long as he does his job. The handle reaches quite a distance, my house has high ceilings, that's where the long handle comes in. I wouldn't say it's very strong, but it's not fragile either. It's somewhere in the middle on a scale of 1 to 10 (strength). Hope that helps!
