It's well known that the quality control of the early Elite Series 2 controllers was poor. My unit had a few issues on launch day, but none of them were so bad that I wanted to risk and return it hoping a replacement wouldn't be worse. One of those problems was a slightly deformed rear end. a manipulator that wasn't exactly aligned with the button. As a result, VERY strong pressure was required to register it, and it was repeated many times while being held. I didn't care as I never found it necessary to use more than two blades so I just used one big and one small. This applies to many games; That was until I started playing Diablo 2: Resurrected Beta. It's great for this game that all four back buttons are mapped to skills, and a paddle down rubbed my gears. Enter this amazing product to save the day! These paddles are absolutely amazing and feel more precise than the original paddles that came with my device. Also, in my opinion, the black version is fully consistent with the original. Just perfect!
