I love this item. I need a very firm mattress to support my back, but I don't like the direct feel of the springs. I've tried all sorts of toppers. including a piece of memory foam for $150. This mattress topper is definitely the best! I tend to get hot and sleep better when cool so I was concerned about overheating when using this product. It's not a problem at all. It offers softness and comfort without adding warmth to my bed. It feels like it's actually cooler than my regular mattress topper and bedding! The biggest difference I notice is how quickly I fall asleep. It used to take me a while to get comfortable and sort it out. With this mattress topper, I fall asleep almost immediately when I lie down. I also sleep better and no longer wake up with sore pressure points from the mattress. This pillow is not so thick that it restricts movement and not so thin that it doesn't work. It's the perfect mix and I couldn't be happier. especially at a bargain price!
